Robert Kiyosaki uses the same diagram in his book Rich Dad, Poor Dad. I just re-read the book again and I am trying to put his principles to use in my life...
Over the next few years I will focus on building my asset column and drastically reducing my liabilities. I recently formed an LLC with a business partner and we are looking into purchasing homes in foreclosure and turning them into rental properties. Ill be updating regularly with how this is going and what I am learning in the process.

His newest post proudly proclaiming to have paid off 31k in debt is pure BS too. The state forgave 17k of his UIA penalties and he got a 10k payment from an old contract client who owed him money, he put the entire 10k on debt and did not put any aside to pay TAXES on the 10k. Which means that he only paid 4-5k off out of his regular earningsAND he worked a
2nd job all year!

LOL, don't forget that because of working his second job (in his mind) he gained something like 60 lbs and is now at a HUGE risk for cardiovascular problems. And I would bet dollars to donuts that he's underinsured for life insurance too.
